my 1st panda -Lizbeth-
was a 1000 CL. It was a great car. It had 998 ccm and 45 hp. That is not bad 4
such a little car (its acceleration was nearly as good as my fathers ford siera
1.6L, that one was terrible). It took about 3 months until i had an accedent
with her. Unfortunatly the car
wasn't able 2 drive anymore. In these 3 months i drove 25 000 km and despite
the brakes i hadn't 2 change nothing on the car. I made 160km highspeed with it
(probably less, but when u drive in austria, where 130km is allowed -and the most
drivers don't drive faster than allowed- and u overtake really fast u can
imagine that 150km was really driven). Also the 5 gears were enjoyable.

my 2nd panda -Isabella- was an 34. it was really old (15 years) and i only bought
it that i was mobile 4 that period, but i drove it longer than i expected. I
drove it nearly for a year. It was in italy, in slovenia, in hungary, austria and
of course in germany with me. That car was really slow. It was not fun 2 drive
it. No acceleration, no highspeed (125km-130km). And the engine was 2 little.
So when i drove uphill on the motorway, my speed slowed down -i mean really
slow. It was really frustrating. As i read on a website -and i want 2 rob this
notion, because it's true and really well said- that car has camping seats and
they r really terrible. When i drove in italy in front of a coffee, the engine
stoped. I had 2 restart. Of course we drove in 2 the wrong direction and when
we came back the engine stoped again in front of that coffee. The people who
sat there laughed and they were very amused. I turned angry and i wanted 2 step
out 2 cry of them that it is a bella italiano machina, but i didn't. after i
came back 2 germany the car never drove again. I don't know what the matter
was. The cylinders had electricity, i looked inside the motor, the ventiles
were ok, the starter made it job (it is now in my 900er) and the engine had
air. Afterall i didn't found the damage and i hadn't wanted 2 search anymore

my 3rd panda -Klara-
is the best and the newest, a panda 900 dance. It has got an ohg engine, the
same than the cinquecento 900. 899 ccm with 39 hp. Yes, that is less than the
panda 1000 and u can recognize when u drive it, but the difference is not that
big. U can make 150km and the acceleration is quite all right. I made 15 000 km
with her in only 2 months. But i had problems with her 2.
this car has sparkingcoils. One of them
busted. Unfortunatly i drove that night from hungary 2 germany. Because of this
coil the 4th cylinder hadn't worked, that'swhy fuel came into the katalysator,
which broke the kat (becuase of the heat), the kat pieces closed up the
exhaust. The heat also made a hole in the tank (it's made out of plastic). That
was a very long night. We had 2 take out the ceramic of the exhaust and than we
could drove on with 3 cylinders. This little sparking coil made such a big
damage. Also as u could read i changed the starter, but now that everything is
working, the car is great. (This is an update:) now i have a new problem.
Tonight (21.03.01) a crazy chick crashed me. I was beside the street 2 park
klara `n this crazy 26 years old woman drove in 2 my bumper. Jumped out and
screamed at her. after i realised that my car had no damage (bumper hasn`t
broken, it`s a panda) and the girl really looked good, i cooled down. She drove
a bmw z3 and it didn`t looked good (the z3 is very low and it nearly came below my
bumper).
